REFUND POLICY

Candy Cloud is a family-owned enterprise and it is important to us that our customers feel they are treated as family. We always want you to feel safe ordering from us knowing that we care about your well-being.

Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within 60 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the total  purchase price. Minimally used products are also eligible for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your product qualifies for return or refund, please contact customer service at contact@shopcandycloud.com – Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the error was on our end.

This policy applies only to products purchased from www.Candy Cloudright.com. If you purchased directly from a retailer, please refer to their return/refund policy.
